आज आजाद देश और लोकतान्त्रिक सरकार फिर भी आम आदमी पे मंहगाई और बेरोज़गारी की मार !!!

आखिर सोचने को मजबूर होना  क्यों ???

1947  देश आज़ाद हुआ तब 1  डॉलर की कीमत  रुपया थी आज वोह 70  के पास   गयी ?? यही डॉलर 2008 मई 38 रूपये पे नाच  5 सालो मे लगभग डबल  केसे  ??

यह पोस्ट  जो की किसी पोलिटिकल पार्टी या सदस्य से संबंधित नहीं है, यहाँ मै  आप लोगो से अपने विचार शेयर करने जा रहा हु… 

इस बार रुपया जोकि 42 - 45  रूपये प्रति डॉलर खेल  रहा था  आचनक सोनिया गाँधी की तबियत ख़राब और विदेश मे उनके इलाज़ की दोरान बढना शुरु गया जोकि अबतक लगभग 70 के पास है, ??? वही 2008 जब कांग्रेस वापस सत्ता  मे आई थी तब ये 38 था , ऐसा प्रतीत होता है जेसे जब या यानि की इंडिया से ब्लैक मनी स्विस बैंक भेजनी थी तब 2007 मे 45 रूपये चल  रहे डॉलर को 2008 मे 38 करके यहाँ से 38000 यानि एक हज़ार डॉलर भेजा गया और अब जब बाबा रामदेव, अन्ना हजारे और केजरीवाल ने ब्लैक  मनी के खिलाफ मुहीम चलाई और स्विस बैंक मे  पड़ा  काला धन स्वदेश लाने की बात की ठीक उस्सी समय सोनिया गाँधी की तबियत ख़राब और विदेश मे उनके इलाज़ की दोरान डॉलर का रेट बढना  शुरु ऐसा लगा मैडम इलाज़ करवाने नहीं स्विस अकाउंट को मैनेज करने गयी थी, ये ऐसा मालूम होता है के जब तक तुम स्विस अकाउंट होल्डर्स के नामो की लिस्ट जारी करोगे तब तक 38 रूपये के भाव से भेजा  हुआ रुपया हम 70 करके वापस ले आयेंगे और फिर सब स्विस बैंक  अकाउंट होल्डर्स की लिस्ट से जो बन पड़े वह उखाड़ लेना !! यानि के हमने अपने 38000 के 70000 कर  लिए और वोह  भी ब्लैक से वाइट ???? and top of that no income tax paid as this money comes to india as FDI, ECB, FCCB, and many more type ... ??


अगर आज हमे देश को बचाना है  गिरते रूपये को इस गिरी  हुई सरकार  से बचाना होगा।

उसके लिए हम कुछ पहल अपनी तरफ से भी कर सकते है   ……. जेसे की हम कोई भी इंटरनेशनल डील या transaction करे तोह बजाये की डॉलर के करने के हम हमारे buyer या सेलर को पेमेंट्स भारतीय रूपये (INR ) मे  करने को कहे जेसा  की हर देश करता है आप चाइना से कुछ इम्पोर्ट करे वोह आपसे चीनी मुद्रा की मांग करेगा , जापान जापानी मुद्रा की UK पोंड्स की तोह हम indians अपनी भारतीय मुद्रा की डिमांड को नहीं करते!

कुछ चीजों को सरकार को इंटरनेशनल मार्किट के तराजू मे  ना तोल कर भारतीय बाजारों के आधार और भारतीय
मुद्रा को आधार बना कर विक्रय परिक्रिया बनानी चाइये जेसे की पेट्रोल, कच्चा तेल , सोना आदि। …. इससे हर दिन होने वाले डॉलर के उपर निचे के रेट से हमारे सेल्लिंग सिस्टम पे या बिक्री रेट पे कोई फरक नहीं होगा,  आज पूरे  एशिया मे डॉलर केवल INR को ही निशाना को बना रहा है चाइना, पाकिस्तान, UAE जेसे हमारे पडोसी देशो की मुद्रा तोह वही की वही सथिर है !!!

बलात्कार हो गया , बलात्कार हो गया ..
हल्ला मचाये हुए हो , कोई मोमबत्ती लेकर सडको पर दौड़ रहा है , तो कोई फेसबुक पर बलात्कारियो के लिए अलग अलग तरह की सजा सुझा रहा है , कोई बलात्कारी को कोसता है तो कोई सरकार को तो कोई पुलिस को ,
वही मिडिया इस मामले को इतना भुना रही है जैसे उनके कहने पर कोर्ट अपना फैसला बदलने वाला है .. 
जब कहते थे की ठीक से कपडे पहनो, अश्लीलता मत फैलाओ तो समाज के आधुनिक युवा कहते थे तुम्हे किसने ठेकदार बना दिया , अपनी मानसीकता सुधारों तो बलात्कार नहीं होगा , सही भी है पर मानसिकता सुधरे कैसे और बिगड़ी कैसे थी इस पर विचार किया जाना चाहिए|
अब ४-५ साल की बच्ची तो रात में छोटे कपडे पहन कर पब में शराब का ग्लास हाथ में लिए नाच कर बलात्कारियो को नहीं उकसाती होगी ..फिर भी बलात्कार हो रहे है, इन घटनाओं ने मर्दों को फिर से कटघरे में खड़ा कर दिया और कपड़ो के बारे में जनचेतना फैलाने वालो के विरुद्ध सभी आधुनिक लोगो को कटाक्ष करने का मौका मिल गया, सभी बुद्धिजीवी मर्द की हवास को आरोपी बता रहे है, महिलाओं के खिलाफ बोले भी कैसे, हज़ारो क़ानून बने है जिनसे महिलाओं के खिलाफ कुछ बोलते ही वारंट जारी हो जाता है |

सच कहे तो कथित बुद्धिजीवियों द्वारा वास्तविक स्त्री अधिकारों की बजाय feminism के नाम पर जहरीला कचरा फैलाया जा रहा है, जो की पुरुषो को नीचा गिराने के लिए पर्याप्त है | यह कचरा स्त्री को उनकी ही जड़ों के विरुद्ध खड़ा करना चाहता है। चाहता है कि वो अपने धर्म से, संस्कृति से, यहाँ तक कि स्त्रीत्व से दूर हो जाए । वे अपने धर्म से घृणा करे, अपनी विशेषताओं से, अपने प्राकृतिक स्वभाव तथा अपने स्त्री होने से घृणा करे और एक पुरुष की अधकचरी प्रतिकृति मात्र हो जाए।
समझ नहीं आता स्त्री क्यों अपने अधिकारों की मांग पुरुषो से कर रही है, क्या स्त्री गुलाम है ?? मानव और विशेषतः एक नारी के रूप मे स्त्री को अपनी श्रेष्ठता सिद्ध करने हेतु किसी उधार के आधे-अधूरे महिलावाद की आवश्यकता कहाँ है?
सुरक्षा और सभ्य समाज के समर्थन में मोमबत्ती जला आती हैं हर न्यूज़ चैनल पर बयान देती हैं कि हम असुरक्षित हैं किन्तु इसी नारीत्व की जब खुद प्रदर्शनी करती हो तब क्या इसका अपमान नहीं होता? जब नारी को परदे पर भोग की वस्तु दिखाया जाता है, हर विज्ञापन में , हर फिल्म में नारी को एक सेक्स सामग्री की तरह उपयोग में लिया जाता है तब क्यों नहीं जलाई जाती मोमबत्ती ??
आधुनिक मर्द महिला को भोग की वस्तु समझते है और वही आधुनिक महिलाए इसका विरोध ना कर खुद को भोग की वस्तु की तरह प्रदर्षित करती है , जो गलती सिर्फ मर्दों की कैसे ?

माना उस पांच साल की बच्ची का उसमे कोई दोष नहीं , पर उस बलात्कारी को बलात्कार करने के लिए उकसाने वाला कौन है ? क्या सिर्फ बलात्कार करने पर सजा होनी चाहिए ? उकसाने के लिए कोई सजा नहीं .. दुसरे पहलु को हमेशा मीडिया , सरकार और जनता द्वारा नजर-अंदाज क्यों कर दिया जाता है ?
देखा जाए तो बलात्कार में सिर्फ एक बलात्कारी ही जिम्मेदार नहीं होता, वह सभी भी होते है जिनकी वजह से बलात्कारी ने इस अपराध को अंजाम दिया |
यह सभी जानते है खुद को आधुनिक कहने वाली लडकियों के विचार कैसे है , पार्क , माल्स , सिनेमा आदि जगह खुल्लेआम अश्लीलता किस तरह फैलाइ जाती है , और इस बात पर नारी अपनी आजादी कहती है , अब क्या यह संभव नहीं की उन्हें देख कर किसी का मन कुंठित हो जाए, उन्हें पा नहीं सकता पर कामुकता तो उन लड़के लडकियों द्वारा ही परोसी गयी बलात्कारी के मन में , कामुकता के नशे में वो किसी को भी अपनी हवास का शिकार बना सकता है तो बलात्कारी के साथ वो युवतिया जो छोटे कपडे पहन या अश्लील व्यहवार कर किसी की कामुकता को जाग्रत कर बलात्कार करने पर उकसाती हो वो भी बलात्कार की जिम्मेदार नहीं है ??
टीवी न्यज , सीरियल , विज्ञापनों में दिखाई जाने वाली अश्लीलता जिसका समर्थन और सहयोग खुद स्त्री करती है क्या वो सब जिम्मेदार नहीं है ? जब किसी फिल्म में बलात्कार की घटना दिखाई जाती है तब उसका विरोध क्यों नहीं किया जाता है ??
सन्नी लियोने, पूनम पण्डे , मल्लिका शेरावत जिस देश की महिलाओं की रोल मॉडल बन जाए उस देश में बलात्कार नहीं होंगे तो क्या होंगे| नारी का बलात्कार इतना बड़ा मुद्दा नहीं है जितना बड़ा नारीत्व का बलात्कार है , नारीत्व का बलात्कार हर रोज होता है जो की नारी के बलात्कार को बढ़ावा देता है, फिर भी सभी पत्ते काटने में लगे है कोई इस चीज की जड़ काटने की नहीं सोचता , जो सोचता है उसको रूडिवादी कह कर नकार दिया जाता है|
घटनाओं पर घडियाली आसूं बहाते हुए नेता टिपण्णी करते है की उन्हें दुःख है, पर कोई कानून नहीं बनाए , बॉलीवुड के सभी लोग टिपण्णी करते है पर अश्लीलता परोसना बंद नहीं करते , जो करना है आपको और हमें ही करना है, पोर्न,छोटे वस्त्र, अश्लीलता , कामुक पुस्तके , अखबारो में छपी कामुक तस्वीरे , सभी का सम्पूर्ण बहिष्कार करो , मोमबत्ती जलानी है तो इनके विरोध में जलाओ |

How to Run a Meeting Like Google

No one wastes time searching for a purpose at Marissa Mayer's meetings—even five-minute gatherings must have a clear agenda

Meetings get a bad rap in business today and for good reason—very little gets accomplished in them. I can recall a Dilbert cartoon in which several people sat around a table while the meeting organizer said, "There is no specific agenda for this meeting. As usual, we'll just make unrelated emotional statements about thinThat pretty much sums it up. The majority of meetings are unstructured, uninspiring, and unproductive. But they don't have to be that way.

When I decided to write a column about running effective meetings, I turned to a leader who holds more than anyone I know and who actually credits her meeting structure for leading to some of the most innovative advances in technology today: Marissa Mayer, Google's vice-president of search products (see BusinessWeek.com, 6/19/06, "Marissa Mayer: The Talent Scout").

Mayer holds an average of 70 meetings a week and serves as the last stop before engineers and project managers get the opportunity to pitch their ideas to Google's co-founders, Sergey Brin and Larry Page. Eight teams consisting of directors, managers, and engineers—all at various stages of product development—answer to Mayer.

In a shop like Google (GOOG), much of the work takes place in meetings, and her goal is to make sure teams have a firm mandate, strategic direction, and actionable information, while making participants feel motivated and respected. Mayer's six keys to running successful meetings follow:

1. Set a firm agenda.
Mayer requests a meeting agenda ahead of time that outlines what the participants want to discuss and the best way of using the allotted time. Agendas need to have flexibility, of course, but Mayer finds that agendas act as tools that force individuals to think about what they want to accomplish in meetings. It helps all those involved to focus on what they are really trying to achieve and how best to reach that goal.

2. Assign a note-taker.
A Google meeting features a lot of displays. On one wall, a projector displays the presentation, while right next to it, another projector shows the transcription of the meeting. (Yet another displays a 4-foot image of a ticking stopwatch.) Google executives are big believers in capturing an official set of notes, so inaccuracies and inconsistencies can be caught immediately.

Those who missed the meetings receive a copy of the notes. When people are trying to remember what decisions were made, in what direction the team is going, and what actions need to be taken, they can simply review the notes.

3. Carve out micro-meetings.
Mayer sets aside large blocks of time that she slices into smaller, self-contained gatherings on a particular subject or project. For example, during her weekly two-hour confab with the co-founders and CEO Eric Schmidt, she sets aside five- to 10-minute segments—or longer, depending on the subject—devoted to such specific areas as weekly reports on how the site is performing, new product launches, etc.

4. Hold office hours.

Mayer brought this idea from her experience teaching computer science at Stanford, where she first met the two guys who would go on to revolutionize how the world gets its information. Beginning at 4 p.m., for 90 minutes a day, Mayer holds office hours.

Employees add their name to a board outside her office, and she sees them on a first-come, first-serve basis. Sometimes project managers need approval on a marketing campaign; sometimes staffers want a few minutes to pitch a design (see BusinessWeek.com, 6/30/06, "Inside Google's New-Product Process").

5. Discourage politics, use data.
One of Mayer's "Nine Notions of Innovation" is "Don't politic, use data" (see BusinessWeek.com, 6/19/06, "9 Notions of Innovation").

This idea can and should apply to meetings in organizations in which people feel as though the boss will give the green light to a design created by the person he or she likes the best, showing favoritism for the individual instead of the idea.

6. Stick to the clock.
To add a little pressure to keep meetings focused, Google gatherings often feature a giant timer on the wall, counting down the minutes left for a particular meeting or topic. It's literally a downloadable timer that runs off a computer and is projected 4 feet tall.

Imagine how chaotic it must look to outsiders when the wall shows several displays at once—the presentation, transcription, and a mega-timer! And yet, at Google, it makes sense, imposing structure amidst creative chaos. The timer exerts a subtle pressure to keep meetings running on schedule

Business Planning

What's one very important attribute of a successful start-up? Is it the brilliant idea? Continuous innovation? or the plain old execution? All of the above are important for the young company to survive and flourish. However, I am planning to few of my own, I have realized that focus on execution is key. There are tons of examples of companies that had just another product like many others but out shined the rest with pure focus on execution. It's at any day better to bring a quality product with me too features on time vs. one with whiz bang features a year late.

Now, how do you build an execution machine? Focus, Focus, Focus. Focus on one thing for the entire team to strive for. Focus on building the team with members who have built the same into production many times before. Focus on building a quality product to solve a need in the market. Let us focus on each one of these criteria to understand a bit better.

Focus is everything in a start-up. It pays for the development team to focus on delivering one product. It pays for the marketing/sales team to focus on one market. It may even pay to keep the focus on requirements from a carefully chosen one customer. The focus delivers a solid understanding of the needs of the market and keeps the development team motivated to deliver one product. Distractions are too costly for any start-up that typically runs on a limited source of cash.

Now that you are focused on the right market with the right team, it is time to focus on the 'needs' of the market. It's very critical that the entire team understands and differentiates the 'needs' of the customer versus the 'wants' of the customers. This is not easy. It took me a couple of hard learned trials to grasp this concept. The customers will always want more for less. The market will always want everything for free. If the customer needs it, he will pay for it.

आज हम लोगो को कहते हुए सुनते है की आज हमारे पास जो भी है वोह हमारे गुरु जी की वजह से है, अगर गुरु जी ने रास्ता न दिखया होता तोह शायद हम कुछ और होते .........

आज यदि हम समाज की और एक नज़र घुमा के देखे तो पाएंगे की आज समाज में कई धर्म संसथान बन गए है ! कोई अम्मा है तोह कोई बापू और कोई परम पिता ............. ये सब लोग अपने आप को धर्म का के रहनुमा मानते है ये लोगो को जोड़ते नही तोड़ते है, किसी ने दल बना डाला तो किसी ने सेना .............

अपने अपने हितों के लिए लोगो के भविष्य से मजाक करना इनकी आदत सी हो गई है ...........

एक समय था जब सर्व धरम की बात की जाती थी ........... आज सिर्फ़ अपने पंथ अपने धर्म की बात की जाती है......... लोगो को समझाया जाता है की यहाँ रहे तोह ठीक नही तो भगवन तुम से मुह मोड़ लेगा......... क्या बात है भगवन के साथ भी कोन्त्रक्ट साइन कर के आए है हमारे समाज के ठेकेदार .......................

जिस देश को सोने की चिडिया कहा जाता है आज एस्सा क्या हुआ वोह आतंक , डर, और चोरो की नगरी बन गई है ................. कुछ चोर काले कपड़ो मई तोह कुछ सफ़ेद में बाकि बचे हुए खाकी वर्दी मई............. आल क्रेडिट गोएस तो आज के राज नेताओ को ! ...............

धर्म के नाम पे आज आतंक की इबारते लिखी जा रही है .......... मुग़ल बादशाह अकबर ने अपनेमहल मई भगवन श्री किशन का मन्दिर बनवाया था .......... क्या वो मुस्लमान नही थे...............

आज बापू कहते है हरी का नाम जपो ............. पिता जी कहते है सतमान जपो ......... क्या गुरु नानक मदीना नही गए थे ...........

समाज के ठेकेदारों से अप्पील है की देश को बताना छोड़ दे............... जिस दिन युवा जाग उठा उस दिन इन की खे़र नही......... और अब हम युवाओ को जिम्मेदारी उठानी है इससे समाज की अनुयायियों को मुहतोड़ जवाब देने की.................... मन्दिर, मस्जिद, गुरुद्र्वारा सब एक है .......... देश एक है ......... हम हिन्दुस्तानी एक है .........
